Native Plant Installation

Course Description

Having seeds in your hand is only the first step towards mastering the art and science of restoring native species to the landscape. In this course, you will get a grip on handling seeds and seedlings from seed pod to soil. This will include hands-on training with successful planting methods that give your seedlings the best start possible. You will also be given down-to-earth guidance on picking the right planting strategies for your site conditions and project goals, and how to handle the physical demands of planting without being unkind to your back.
